On July 1st, 2020 we implemented the Meditech electronic medical record system and the new Partners in Care patient portal throughout the District. It includes Lower Umpqua Hospital, Dunes Family Health Care, Reedsport Medical Clinic and the LUH Walk-In Clinic. Previous patient portals are no longer active.
