Lower Umpqua Hospital District is establishing a Patient & Family Advisory Council. The PFAC brings together patients, family members, caregivers, and LUHD staff dedicated to advancing comprehensive and compassionate patient and family centered care for all the diverse populations served by LUHD. We are looking for community members to join PFAC as volunteers.
