Founded in 1982, Lower Umpqua Hospital Foundation is a fundraising organization dedicated to advancing the health related programs of the Lower Umpqua Hospital in the interest of the health and well-being of the community. Our Board of Directors (Link) manages all contributions to the Foundation.
The Lower Umpqua Hospital Foundation is a fully qualified charity under IRS Section 501(c)(3). All gifts are tax deductible.

Improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care, innovation, and sustainable healthcare solutions to enhance quality of life and promote a culture of wellness and healing in coastal Douglas County.
Explanation
Our primary goal is to support the efforts of the Lower Umpqua Hospital District through fundraising for strategic community health campaigns. We aim to keep LUHD at the forefront of medical advancements and technologies, continuously improving our services and treatments to offer the best possible outcomes for our patients. The LUH Foundation is dedicated dedicated to developing sustainable healthcare solutions that address the evolving needs of our community while maintaining environmental and financial stability.
