Pay and Benefits
It is a priority to provide competitive pay and excellent benefits to our staff. We are very proud of our benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision/Rx coverage, employer paid short-term disability and life insurance, and a healthy retirement contributions. There are other employee paid options such as Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Account, AFLAC and the option to purchase additional Life Insurance for yourself and dependents. The District also offers deep discounts when the employee and dependents use the hospital services.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Applicants will be given a consent form to fill-out before their pre-hire drug screen and will issue authority to conduct a background check requirement as per Federal and State guidelines.
